Connor's 6th birthday Party

Ahoy Matey!!! Connor wanted a pirate them for his birthday party, so pirates we be.

We also did a scavenger hunt, pin the patch on the pirate and musical islands.  I didn't get as many pictures as I wanted.  Having ten kids over and running a party kept me pretty busy.  Connor had a great time!

Connor's birthday celebrations

Connor had quite the birthday week, and it's not over yet!  Celebrations started on Sunday with cousins.  Anything with cousins is fun. 

Birthday morning we had a pretty excited kid.  I can't say he got the typical gifts but he got typical Connor gifts.  He got a razor scooter, interactive encyclopedias, books,a piggy bank and a football.  For lunch we went to Shivers with my parents and the kids loved eating in the train.  Connor requested tacos for dinner and we had cupcakes and ice cream for dessert.

Connor continues to amaze us.  His mind is brilliant.  A teacher at school asked him the other day what states took Utah.  It took a minute for him to answer but he got them all and she was amazed.  He is soooo into puzzles right now.  He loves going to school (although he's quite slow to get ready in the morning), he loves hot turkey sandwiches, he loves playing with Sierra in the backyard and continues to be silly. 

Easter

We spent Easter weekend in Park City.  I'm pretty sure it was our last time up there before the condo gets sold so we tried to make the most of it.  We dyed our eggs there, went on an epic fail egg hunt at the park, fed the ducks, went to the museum and library, and did lots of puzzles.  We had a great trip!
